My reaction to people who ‘cut down on fruit to reduce sugar intake’

thehealthylifee:

Okay, as you might have noticed, I have been a little afk this weekend - maybe I should rather say a lot?

I drove a total of 850-900-ish kilometres this weekend; first to go see Philip for a few days, and then I went to a confirmation party in northern Jutland and then I had to drive aaaall the way home (that’s four hours guys! Yuck!) all by myself with no entertainment what so ever.

Anywho, I’m home now! And my high school formal is this Friday! So!:

  • These next five days, I’ll do what I can to lose the water weight I picked up during the delicious feast yesterday.
  • I’ll eat damn clean!
  • And work out like crazy!

It’s funny, I really don’t care that much about the formal, but I’m still like.. If I’m going to go, I am sure as hell going to go looking my best!

Nutritional Benefits of Strawberries
“The heart-shaped silhouette of the strawberry is the first clue that this fruit is good for you. These potent little packages protect your heart, increase HDL (good) cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, and guard against cancer.
Packed with vitamins, fiber, and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols, strawberries are a sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie food. They are among the top 20 fruits in antioxidant capacity and are a good source of manganese and potassium. Just one serving — about eight strawberries — provides more vitamin C than an orange.” - WebMD

Today we remember the Battle of Hogwarts

vainreflections:

Today is May 2nd, the day the battle of Hogwarts 14 years ago. The day that Harry, Ron and Hermione snuck back into Hogwarts and destroyed the Horcruxes. The day that Harry finally defeated Voldemort. We remember everyone who fought in the war and all those who died. Fred Weasley, Nymphadora Tonks, Remus Lupin, Colin Creevey, Severus Snape and more. May we raise our wands to those who fought and died. Remember, remember May 2nd 1998.

Today we remember. :’)
